Matthew 4:4

“‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”

To find true success in life there should be an understanding that work, success, fame, fortune, titles etc. mean nothing if not backed by something greater than one’s self.

Humans are so fixated on worldly matters and often forget the spiritual or soul lightening side of situations. Those who do not believe in such things are entitled to do so. However, as a person immensely drawn to faith there is an understanding that “bread” in this world is not the true source of happiness.

Focusing on the creator and on God, who loves us unconditionally has helped me and so many others, through both the tough and joyous moments of life. With faith and the word of God, I know I can do great things. I was made to worship, I was made to praise, and I was made to serve the Lord. God is the bread of life and I know that everything else is merely an addition to that bounty.
