Can I Believe You

The trust you have for yourself is the hardest to attain. Some people have it so effortlessly and easily, but for others it can be the hardest thing to achieve.

You must show yourself the upmost kindness and forgiveness and look at yourself not as the enemy, but as a friend.

Your friends may slip and fall and falter the ground, but if your truly care for that friend you will always say the truth and proudly be there to raise them higher.

To do that for yourself can be a painstaking process of self reflection, but it is worth every aching second towards understanding reality.

We often see ourselves as broken as needing to be glued back to be stronger. Challenge that notion to know that every cycle of life will require a different reflection of who, whose core is the same.

You are not broken, but evolving and changing to become new. Nothing is the same and everything is always is in a constant state of change.

When is the time where you can ask yourself the question, “Can I believe you?” and the answer proclaimed is a resounding. “Yes!”.
